Zarjazz

In 1984 Madness’ record deal with Stiff came to an end. The band signed to Virgin Records and launched their own label, Zarjazz Records as a subsidiary of Virgin. The band, especially Carl and Suggs, have the freedom to sign artists, the first being Feargal Sharkey, ex-lead singer with The Undertones.

In total, nine singles and two LPs were released until the band split up in 1986
