Keep Moving was widely available on import from Germany, and Complete Madness had been released in Japan.

Booklet p.6 states ‘*now available on compact disc’ below images of the previous six UK album releases.
However, the studio albums were not released on CD in the UK until 1989, and ‘Complete Madness’ was first released in the UK in 1986, although Keep Moving was already available on import from Germany.
